Friends , agar aapke Office me koi bhi karamchari retire hote hai jinhone apni adhivarshiki aayu purn kar li hai ,to wo is category me aenge(aese employee jinhone apni puri service complete ki hai evam reitirement date me hi wo retire ho rahe hai) , aur unka pension case aapke karyalay se sthapana ke ifmis creator dwara taiyaar kar ,verifier se verify kar evam DDO se approve karakar ifmis system me Superannaution ki process chala kar ,District Pension Office ko online preshit kiya jata hai.

Superannaution ki process shuru karne se pehle kuch mukhya bindu par dhyan dena jaruri hai jaise :
*karyalay ki Superannuation ki hierarchy bani honi chahiye.(hierarchy kaise bnai jati hai ye aap meri old post - how to create hierarchy in ifmis post se jaan sakte hai )
*Jo karamchari retire ho rahe hai ,unki puri E-Profile ifmis system me update honi chahiye.
*E-Profile update hone par retire hone wale karamchari ki "Employee Pension Form " ka print system se nikal kar,CHECK kiya ja sakta hai .
*Employee Pension Form sahi hone par sambandhit ka pension prakaran ifmis system me sthapana creator ki login id se Service Matter option me 'Superannuation ' par click kar , sambandhit karamchari ka employee code search kar evam kis month evam varsh me retirement hai lov se select kar search par click karen.
*samabndhit ka naam pradarshit hone par ,unki Last pay details ki entry ki jaegi evam Add karne par Gratuity evam Pension ki rashi system dwara calculate hokar pradarshit hogi jiske bad niche Submit par click karne par hi Pension Case ki File Creator ki login id se verifier/Approver(DDO) ke pas approve karne ke liye Forward hogi.
*DDO dwara Pension Case ki File Approve karne par Pension Case sambandhit ka PPO jaari karne ke liye Seedhe District Pesion Office me online preshit hojaega ,jahan se PPO evam GPO jaari karne ki prakriya prarambh hogi.

How to reset your ifmis password

I have heard many times that people are saying that they are facing problems in changing your ifmis login id password

Now you dont have to worry because abbyhaina 😁First thing you should know that to change/reset your password how many ways are there....So, guys there are 3 ways in which you can change/reset your password,and they are as follows:

1.Using your own login id i.e. employee code as username via your mobile number.In this method the essential requirement is that your mobile number should be registered in your ifmis login id then only you can reset your password .You can check my previous blog on How you can update your mobile number/email id in ifmis.....for this requirement.In this method you have to go to the ifmis login page ,in which you have to enter your username i.e. your employee code and click on forgot password .After that another window page will pop up for you ,in which you have to choose the language you want in the process i.e. Hindi or English, next you have to enter your employee code as username and click on reset password.After clicking, the system will automatically send you the OTP number i.e. the four digit code to your registered mobile number .After getting the OTP ,you have to enter the OTP code in the required field ,which will open the page for you to change /reset your password.

2. Using your DDO ADMIN LOGIN ID.In this method, you have to request your ADMIN to change/reset your login id password through his /her Admin login id.For this the Admin user should access his/her login id ,then user needs to click on Admin menu .The Admin section will pop up on the screen for the user.In this page ,the user can see the Generate or Reset password option and on clicking it the page will appear in which you have enter the employee code in the username field (jiska aap employee code reset karna chahte hain) and then click on verify which will show you the name of the person having that employee code and then user needs to click on the Reset button .The screen will pop up with the machine generated password , for example , something like" z#lhjkxvb" etc.You have to copy this auto generated password.Now Admin login should be closed .Next you can use this auto generated password as your first time login id password and then you can make your password of your own.

3.Using Treasury Officer Master Login Id.One can request your Treasury Officer in the required manner for the same.I hope this information will help you guys..

Hierarchy creation in ifmis is not as difficult as people think.

Firstly ,the Drawing Disbursement Officer (DDO) needs to login in ifmis using his /her login id and password.

Simple Steps to create a hierarchy :
1.Admin login se Admin section me enter karein aur configure workflow me click karein.
2.Configure Workflow me enter karne par aapke samne first field jo aapke saamne aaegi ,wo hogi select a module ,ki for eg. ESS ,SM ,etc. yahan aapko us module ko LOV se select karna hai jisme wo subjects include hain jinki aap hiearchy bnana chahte hai.
3.Module ko select karne ke bad uske subjects ki LOV bhi open ho jaegi jisme user apni chahi gaye subject ko select kar sakte hai jiski hierarchy bnai jani hai.
4.Module aur subject select karne ke bad ek name jo aap hiearchy ka rakhna chahte hai ,hierarchy name me type kar rakh sakte hai.
5.Next, aapko create button par click karna hai ,taki aage ke field and options open ho jaen entry ke liye.
6.Next ,aapke saamne do options show honge : i.normal hierarchy ii.parent hierarchy , jise user apne hiearchy anusaar select kar sakta hai.
7.Next, user apni hierarchy me kitne levels rakhna hai rakh sakta hai ,jaise CREATOR-10,VERIFIER-20,APPROVER-30 ,jise ADD kar apni hierarchy me insert kiya ja sakta hai.
11.Next , user ko apni bnai gayi hierarchy ke select kiye hue arrangements ko SUBMIT me click kar system me submit karna hoga.
12.Ab hierarchy ke blank slots taiyar hai jisme Employee Mapping ke options par click kar CREATOR, VERIFIER and APPROVER ke roles office ke employees ko ADD EMPLOYEE se browse aur unke employee codes ko search kar respective roles assign kiya ja sakta hai.
Roles assign karne ke bad Phir ek bar Employee Mapping ki select ki hui arrangement ko Submit button par click kar system me submit karna hoga.
Hierarchy aapke use ke liye taiyar hai , jise system ek message ke dwara user ko awgat karayega.
